1. Purpose
These Terms govern use of the online tutoring whiteboard "layboad" provided by SET3523 ("Company").
2. Definitions
"User" means members (hosts) and participants who join a host's classroom.
3. Agreement
The service agreement is formed when the user accepts these Terms and completes registration.
4. Service
We provide real-time ink, materials upload (PDF/images), step layers, and related tutoring tools. Features may change as we improve the service.
5. Fees
Free trial and paid subscriptions apply as shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel anytime. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. User content
Upload only materials you have rights to use. You are responsible for copyright and legality of uploaded content.
8. Disclaimer
We are not liable for force majeure, user fault, or third-party outages beyond our control.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
