1. Free trial
30-day trial from first classroom creation. No charge during the trial.
2. Withdrawal (7 days)
Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not materially used the paid service, subject to applicable digital content laws.
3. Cancel subscription
Cancel anytime in the dashboard. Access continues until the paid period ends. No prorated refund for used time.
4. Billing errors
Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full when confirmed.
5. Method & timing
Refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days after approval.
